01

Keynote

The seminar begins with a keynote that takes participants behind the scenes of one of the riskiest jobs in the world: working on Alarm für Cobra 11. You will discover why stunt professionals are so skilled at dealing with risk. It’s not about reckless courage, but about consistency, perseverance, attentiveness, and the ability to know your own strengths and limits. Just as importantly, you will gain insights into the crucial role of team culture.

02

Stunt development

To immediately put their learnings into practice, participants step into the role of a stunt team: they must plan a stunt themselves – including all preparations and the correct identification of associated risks.
This requires them to support one another and work as a team, drawing on their own expertise and knowledge from different areas such as traffic, sports, or physics. In the process, they practice thinking creatively, adapting to unknown situations – and, above all, identifying and reducing risks.

03

Transfer TO PRACTICE

Building on the keynote and their own stunt-planning experience, participants work in groups to transfer the insights into their daily work. Where are the parallels? Where are the differences?
The goal: each participant leaves with concrete ideas they can apply directly – creating real, practical added value for their day-to-day business.

Stunts

Now it gets serious – participants step out of their comfort zone and perform stunts themselves.
It’s not just about experiencing the action up close, but also about sharpening risk awareness in the process. The focus of this phase: strengthening risk competence while ensuring an unforgettable, fun experience.
